Cancellation, Return & Exchange, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return (if eligible) after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Only select products are eligible for returns and exchanges. Detailed eligibility, conditions, and the applicable return/exchange window are mentioned on the respective product pages. Unless otherwise specified, the standard return/exchange window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
All return and exchange requests are subject to approval based on our eligibility criteria.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address. Self-shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated.
Applicable reverse pickup charges will apply for all return and exchange requests.
For returns, the reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
For exchanges, the reverse pickup charges and any applicable shipping charges for dispatching the replacement product will be borne by the customer.
The applicable charges may vary depending on the pickup location, product, and logistics costs.
Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return/exchange window will not be accepted.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags/packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
The product received does not match the size, color, or design ordered.
Any item is missing from a combo or multi-product order.
Any other issue approved by our customer support team after verification.
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval.
Applicable reverse pickup charges and any other approved deductions will be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage, incorrect item, or missing item within the applicable return window.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
In cases involving fraudulent claims, repeated misuse of the return policy, or products returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Our decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of any return, exchange, or refund request shall be final.
